Cancellation Terms
Any cancellation of the reservation and related refund will be managed according to the following criteria:
Deposit:
No deposit is required on the day of booking.
Payment:
The property reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation within 30 days before your arrival.
Cancellation:
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before check-in.
In case of modification or cancellation after the allowed period, 100% of the stay will be charged.
No-Show:
If you do not show up 100% of the stay will be charged.
If you interrupt your stay before the end, you will pay 100% of the entire booked stay.
Check-in from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Check-out from 8:00 am to 10:00 am

- Rich TUSCAN BREAKFAST, sweet and savory buffet served in the Stone Restaurant of the farmhouse. From 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
- PANORAMIC POOL fully equipped with gazebo, loungers and tables. Open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

- Uncovered PARKING inside the farmhouse
- CLEANING (once a week and final cleaning)
- BED LINEN (changed once a week)

Paid additional services

- PETS: €25 / stay (Only in masonry apartments. Not allowed in Glamping)
- EXTRA SINGLE BED (max. 1 per apartment): €35 / night
- CRIB (0-3 years): €20 / stay (including pillow and sheets)
- LAUNDRY SERVICE: Washing € 10, Drying € 10.
- POOL TOWEL: €5 / stay (it is forbidden to bring bath towels to the pool)
- TRANSFER: To be quoted, upon reservation and based on vehicle availability
- ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING: €0.75 / Kwh
- DAY GUEST: €30 / day / person, upon reservation (admission for day guests is not always guaranteed)
