Cancellation terms

Advance:
An advance payment of 50% of the stay is required on the day of booking.
Cancellation:
You will pay 10€ if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival
You will pay 25% of your stay if you cancel within 30 days before arrival
No-Show:
If you don't show up you will pay 50% of the stay
Check-in from 3.00 to 8.00 pm - Check-out from 8.00 to 10.00 am

  • Rich Tuscan sweet and savory buffet breakfast served in the farmhouse's stone restaurant:  € 9 / adult; € 7 / child 6/10 years; € 5 / child 3/5 years. From 8.00 to 10.00. For the Lavanda, Cipresso, Ulivo and Rosmarino apartments, breakfast for a fee for all bookings received until 09 July 2024; Breakfast included in the price for bookings received starting from 10 July 2024. Breakfast always included in the price for Glamping.

  • Day guest: € 30 / day / person, upon reservation (entry for day guests is not guaranteed all year round)
