(1 Double bedroom, 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 Bathroom)
The 2 large bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, sheets and towels.
Each room is furnished in a rustic Tuscan style.
Equipped with blackout curtains, hairdryer, heating, minibar and fan.
It is not equipped with: TV, air conditioning, kitchen.
Check-in from 3.00 to 8.00 pm - Check-out from 8.00 to 10.00 am

2) Apartment "Cipresso"

APARTMENT WITH KITCHEN - 2+2 PEOPLE
(1 Living room / Kitchen with a double bed, 1 Double bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
The living area is equipped with a double bed and a kitchen complete with table and chairs, appliances, dishwasher, dishes and utensils.
In the sleeping area we find a double bedroom, equipped with wardrobe, sheets and towels.
Each apartment is furnished in rustic Tuscan style.
Equipped with blackout Curtains, Hairdryer, Heating, Minibar and Fan.
It is not equipped with: TV, air conditioning, oven.

Cancellation Terms

Advance:
An advance payment of 50% of the stay is required on the day of booking.

Glamping guests are required to pay a deposit of 200 euros at check-in.

Cancellation:
You will pay 10€ if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival
You will pay 25% of your stay if you cancel within 30 days before arrival
No-Show:
If you don't show up you will pay 50% of the stay

If you interrupt your stay before the end, you will pay 100% of the entire booked stay

Tourist tax: €1,50 / night / person (from 14 years of age)

Pets: € 20 / stay

Rich sweet and savory buffet breakfast: € 9 / adult, € 7 / child between 6 and 10 years, € 5 / child between 3 and 5 years. From 8.00 to 10.00. The breakfast service is not guaranteed in the period from 15/09 to 31/03

Lessons and horseback riding for adults and children, mini trekking with picnic

Extra single bed (max. 1 per apartment): € 30 / night
